After discovering, <strong>thanks to Wikileaks</strong>, that the above mentioned law came to us dictated directly from the USA after a proposal known as Biden Law, the law in Spain was renamed as Sinde-Biden. Currently the law is known as Ley Sinde-Biden-Wert or just <strong>Ley Sinde-Wert</strong> (after the new Minister for Education, Culture and Sports who has finally implemented it)...
